Holum Studio is hiring a Graphic and Web Design Generalist to join our team of talented designers working from the Philippines. We are a subscription based design studio based in Oslo. We work and deliver everything from A to Z within the Graphic and web design industry from branding, general graphic design to website design and creation.

 

Position Overview

  • Starting salary 40,000 PHP monthly

  • Reaching 45 000 php monthly within 6 months

  • Work remotely from home

  • Working hours 12:00 to 20:00 PH Time zone

  • Full-time and long term

  • You will receive training and coaching

  • One allowable sick-leave every month if you’re feeling unwell or need rest. Second sick-leave could be made up by working a Saturday. Additional leaves would require a doctor’s recommendation.

  • We follow holidays from a mixture of Philippines and Norwegian holidays with 12 non-working holidays with no deduction in salary.

  • Requests for day offs for personal reasons are entertained and can be made up by working on a holiday or a weekend.

 

Requirements

  • Multimedia Arts / Graphic Design / Web Design experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools

  • In-depth knowledge of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and composition

  • Experience in web design, including basic knowledge in HTML and CSS (Squarespace or Wordpress)

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
