01 Brief, Scope & Price

Contact and communication is with you, the client is established over email, calls, Slack and Whats App based on your preference and we will listen to your brief and make sure to take care of your needs.

02 Design Presentation

We will deliver a set of usually 3 logo design options in our first presentation, an amount of 6 to 12 logos will be presented a in a professional presentation containing colour palette, font selection, layout and stationary examples, the first presentation contains around 20 slides.

 

03 Revision & Completion

We will keep working on the logos, visual profile, colour palettes, fonts icons and details until the logo and all assets are complete and the client approves the final version, we do not charge extra for revisions or iteration and we will work until you the client is satisfied.

04 Delivery of Final Files

We will collect all files, export in all needed formats, jpg, vector, png and PDFs until the client has all files needed, if there are any deliverables extra needed like business cards or presentations we would like to deliver that at this final stage.

When you reach out to Holum Studio, we will work together to define the scope of your needs and understand your specific requirements and give you the best possible timeline and price.

Agreement and payment

We will generate an invoice and provide you with the information about your payment options. When payment is made we get started on your design project and allocate your designer.

We will establish communication channels based on your preference, including email, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, to ensure smooth and convenient interactions.

Brief & design work begins

We encourage you to provide us with a complete brief for your project. Introduce your brand, share your vision, and outline any specific requirements you may have. Your designer will begin the creative process.

Design, revision, completion
