Initial Contact
The process begins when the client initiates contact through our online forms or via email, expressing their interest and outlining their project requirements.
Scope Call
Upon receiving the client's initial message, our studio will promptly schedule a scope call. During this call, the studio and the client will engage in a detailed discussion about the project.
The key elements to be covered include:
Client's specific needs and expectations
Project scope and objectives
Project timeline and deadlines
Deliverables and project goals
Potential creative approaches
Pricing and budget considerations
Confirmation
Following the scope call, both the studio and the client will confirm and align on the project's scope, timeline, and pricing.
Initial Payment
To initiate the project, the client is required to make an initial payment equivalent to 50% of the total project cost.
The successful completion of this payment marks the official confirmation of the project.
Briefing
After project confirmation, the studio will request a detailed project brief based on the previously agreed-upon scope.
The brief can take various forms, including a presentation, document, or email, and should include the following information:
Text brief outlining project specifics
Information about the client's industry
Description of the client's business nature
Internal references related to the project — The client is expected to select up to three references from our portfolio

Next step is to select colour palettes for your brand, keep in mind there are only 10 colours, yellow, orange, red, blue, purple, green, brown, black, white, grey, however millions of brands, so do not worry too much about having the “same colour” as another brand, as that will happen regardless of what colours you chose.

Red passion
Orange excitement
Yellow energy
Purple expertise
Green safety
Black premium
White clarity
Grey subtle
Brown, humane
Try to select only 1 colour, as the best colour palette has a focus on either monochrome palette, or one clear brand colour with a backdrop of black and white.

References can come from a variety of sources, including magazines, websites, artwork, nature, or even everyday objects.Moodboard
A moodboard is essentially a visually curated collection of images, text, and other design elements that represent the desired look and feel of a project.
Designers use moodboard to explore different creative directions and communicate their ideas to clients or team members.
Our proactive team of designers takes the initiative to offer valuable suggestions in the form of three or more handpicked references from our extensive portfolio, or external resources. Ensuring they seamlessly harmonize with your brand. Moreover, throughout this process, our design professionalism serves as a guiding measure, ensuring the end result reflects a balanced blend of client preferences and our expertise.
Design Stage
At this stage, the client will have direct communication channels with their dedicated designer and the Art Director. These channels include options like WhatsApp, Slack, Email, or Messenger, tailored to the client's preference. This direct communication ensures a smooth and collaborative design process throughout the project.
Content and Assets
During the project's development, feel free to contribute any content you'd like us to incorporate. These resources play a role in guiding our design process, enabling us to create a tailored result that aligns with your brand.
If you already have an established brand, sharing your brand materials, images, assets, and providing your logo in a vector format is highly beneficial.
Design Options
We'll get started on the project by creating a cohesive presentation showcasing fonts, colors, and three logo designs. It will be thoroughly crafted using the client's provided brief and the designer's expertise.
We'll actively seek feedback and input from the client to ensure that our work aligns with their vision and meets their expectations.
The studio will present a set of meticulously crafted logo and brand identity designs, fostering collaboration between the client and designer for feedback and revisions.
Feeback and Revisions
Following review, the client must choose one of their favorite logos and request changes based on that favorite logo, or they can request three entirely new logos.
This procedure will be repeated until the client is completely satisfied.
Active participation from the client, offering insights and information, greatly contributes to the success of the final design. Collaborating ensures the design resonates with the brand and its audience.
